The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active crickx app account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age and can provide government-issued documentation confirming your date of birth upon request.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming for personal use is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes and are not accessing the platform on behalf of any commercial entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of crickx app or any of its affiliated game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or similar).
• You have not previously been self-excluded from crickx app or any other online gambling platform and had that self-exclusion set to active status at the time of attempted registration.
• You are not registering for the purpose of researching, monitoring, or reporting on the crickx app platform without our prior written consent.

crickx app reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 years of age will be closed permanently, all deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings generated will be voided in full.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the crickx app platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When completing the crickx app Login registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Specifically, you must provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• A valid, personal email address that you own and regularly access
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes

• Your residential address in Bangladesh (city and district)

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your crickx app Login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. crickx app will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have notified us promptly in writing of unauthorised access. We will initiate a security review and may temporarily suspend account activity pending investigation. crickx app cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials or failed to notify us promptly upon discovery.

All financial transactions on the crickx app platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crickx app does not apply any currency conversion markup — the BDT amount you deposit is the BDT amount credited to your account, and the BDT amount you request to withdraw is the BDT amount sent to your nominated payment method, subject to the processing terms below.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the same individual as the registered crickx app account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under all circumstances. Before processing a Member's first withdrawal, crickx app will require completion of the KYC identity verification process. Failure to complete KYC will result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification. Completed KYC is valid for the lifetime of the account unless a material change in personal circumstances is reported or a re-verification request is initiated by our compliance team.

crickx app reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks — including requests for source-of-funds documentation — on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. These checks are conducted in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Processing of the affected withdrawal will be paused until the checks are satisfactorily completed. We aim to complete enhanced due diligence reviews within two BST business days of receiving all requested documentation.

All sports bets placed through the crickx app sportsbook and all casino game rounds played through crickx app Casino are subject to the specific rules governing each market and game. The following general rules apply across the entire platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets displayed as "pending" in the system have not yet been accepted and may be declined if market conditions change before processing.
• Odds changes: In-play (live) betting odds can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment you initiate a bet request may differ from the odds at the moment the bet is processed. crickx app uses an "Accept Any Odds" or "Accept Better Odds" option at the member's discretion — please check your account settings after crickx app Login to confirm your preferred setting.
• Cricket markets: All BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the crickx app sportsbook rules section. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs due to weather (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), or postponed beyond 12 hours BST from the scheduled start time, market-specific void rules apply.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games available through crickx app Casino — including live dealer tables by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots by Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, and NetEnt — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of your bet, your account status, your previous results, or any other extraneous factor.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits: Each market and game carries its own minimum and maximum wager limits, displayed within the interface before you place any bet. These limits may vary by market, competition, and time of day. crickx app reserves the right to adjust individual member betting limits at its discretion without notice, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Error correction: In the event that a manifestly incorrect price, odds, or casino game result is displayed due to a technical error, software malfunction, or human error, crickx app reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. We will communicate any such void decisions via account notification and email.

From time to time, crickx app offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions on the crickx app platform:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered that number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms, in plain English, before you opt in.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports bets and slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms. The contribution rate for each game type is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that remain in your account after the stated expiry date — or that have not met the required wagering threshold within the validity period — will be removed from your balance automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or other means — constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• Right to modify or withdraw: crickx app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, your accrued progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured.
• Seasonal promotions: Special promotional offers may be made available during significant cultural periods in Bangladesh — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) — as well as during major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. These are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crickx app platform. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive — crickx app reserves the right to take action against any conduct that it reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Members:

• Match fixing and event manipulation: Placing bets on any sporting event where you have advance knowledge of, or involvement in, the manipulation of the outcome. This includes any form of insider information obtained through corrupt means.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, odds discrepancies, or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting. This includes coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the crickx app platform — including automated bet placement, automated account registration, or automated exploitation of any platform feature.
• Money laundering: Using the crickx app platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. crickx app cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspected money laundering activity without notification to the Member.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your mobile financial service provider or bank after funds have been credited to your crickx app account and used for betting or gaming. Such chargebacks will result in immediate permanent account closure and recovery action.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward crickx app support staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Platform interference: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the crickx app platform, including unauthorised access to other Members' accounts, reverse-engineering of the betting engine, or deliberate service disruption.

crickx app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred, that suspicious activity is present, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or to other Members.

Common grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Evidence of or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Account activity that triggers enhanced due diligence requirements under anti-money-laundering protocols
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Member through the responsible gaming tools
• A third-party self-exclusion notification received from a recognised responsible gaming programme

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's balance is frozen but not forfeited. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. Where a breach is confirmed, crickx app will apply the appropriate consequence — which may include partial or total forfeiture of balance — and will communicate the decision and rationale to the Member in writing.

Voluntary closure: Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the crickx app support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be paid out to your nominated payment method, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are not withdrawable and will be removed from the account upon closure.
